For the price we paid, the value we got at this hotel was exceptional. We had a spacious and elegant apartment in a beautiful old building right in the center of the city. The location couldn't be better, and the staff were absolutely fantastic, always going above and beyond to help us out.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be if there were more variety of items available.

The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, with a kitchen and a comfortable seating area. The private bathroom had a bidet and a shower, which was a nice touch. The bedroom was spacious and had a TV for some evening entertainment. As someone who enjoys cooking, having a kitchen in the apartment was a major plus.

Personally, I would have preferred a bathroom with just a shower instead of a bidet.

We had a lovely romantic escape in a charming apartment in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions just a short stroll away. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare some romantic meals together. Additionally, the staff were always helpful whenever we had a question or need.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The key to the building was a bit sticky and could use some oiling.

I keep coming back for a reason! The staff is so helpful, they gave me great tips on local places to visit. The apartment has everything I need: Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen, and they even offer airport shuttle. Can't wait for my romantic escape!

With a TV, seating area, and fan in the room, I felt like I was living in the lap of luxury. Free WiFi was a bonus. The Guinigi Tower was a mere 400-meter walk away, perfect for those lazy strolls.

Living like a local in a jaw-dropping historic building, away from the touristy areas. The staff is super welcoming and the breakfast spread is mind-blowing.

Our stay at Palazzo Tucci was absolutely delightful. The charming apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a fully stocked kitchen. The central location allowed us to easily explore all the beautiful parts of Lucca within a short walk. One particular highlight was waking up to the sound of classical piano playing from a neighbor across the street. The on-site parking made it convenient for us to explore the city by car. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as intermittent WiFi and a need for redecoration, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Lucca.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Tucci, an apartment in a beautiful palace. the high ceilings, lovely old furniture, and original artwork added to the charm of the place. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman who gave us detailed recommendations and helped us navigate the city. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore all that the area had to offer. the secure parking next to the building was a major plus for anyone traveling with a car. Bravo to the Tucci family for creating such a wonderful experience.

Convenient location, spacious rooms for a fair price. Historical building. Easy parking. Well-stocked kitchen. Helpful hosts. Complete breakfast. Beautiful frescoes and artful decoration. Fabulous location.

The central location was perfect for exploring the city. the small kitchen facilities were useful. the space was excellent, but the furnishings lacked atmosphere. the reception and hosts were welcoming.
